Topic 13 - Desktop applications

Purpose

The purpose of the program committee is to evaluate the relevance of the proposed topics, and eventually to merge them with currently defined topics if new proposals of topics lead to more general definitions.

Each of the members will have to manage personnally at least one topic, and to organize its sessions.
